Safety Protocol

We are closely following the CDC guidelines and want to be sure that all clients feel safe in our space.

  1. All treatment rooms will be stripped of bedding and sanitized between every patient.

  2. All practitioners wash hands between clients, and we ask you to use the hand sanitizer upon arrival.

  3. Each room will remain open and allowed to circulate fresh air for at least 30-60 minutes in between clients. Each room has an HEPA filter by the client’s head. We added these to help clients airborne.

  4. Two large HEPA filters in the office to continually clean the air. One in each room.

  5. A cleaning crew will be in routinely to thoroughly clean the clinic and treatment rooms.

  6. Most days here will only be one practitioner in the clinic with a maximum of 6 people, including staff and practitioner, in the clinic at one time.

  7. The bathrooms will be sanitized after every use and towels will be provided for each individual. The used towels will be removed after every use. (Please lower the lid to the commode before flushing as a preventative measure.)

  8. We will be wearing a mask at all times and ask that you come in wearing one too. We understand that sometimes people forget, but out of the safety our staff; we require a mask for treatment.

  9. We will be wearing scrubs that will be laundered in the office and not worn out in public. We ask that you please come in wearing clean clothes. If you plan on running errands prior to your appointment, please bring a change of clothing to change in to.

  10. There will be no waiting in the lobby before your appointment. At the time of your appointment, when you enter the clinic and someone will escort you to your treatment room.

  11. We love spending time with you, but to insure our safety, we have a changed my protocol, if you have new symptoms, I will call you prior to your first appointment to talk about your treatment needs. If you have things that you want to discuss in depth, please email me and we can go over them prior to you coming in.

  12. Please only pay using a cash or check at the time of service. Credit cards will not be accepted.

  13. We have always encouraged you to keep your appointment even when you are sick (especially when you’re sick). However, now it is really important that if you are not feeling well, please do not come in. As an alternative to an in-person treatment, we can set up a Facetime or telephone consultation to create a treatment plan through herbs. You will not incur a same day/ late cancellation fee if you call us to cancel your appointment due to illness. I will do the same if I am not feeling well, too.

Chinese medicine has so much to offer us during this pandemic. I truly am blessed to be able to offer help in a time of such need.
