
Baked Pears with Pinenuts & Walnuts
This meal is a fantastic for lung dryness and helps to alleviate a dry cough.
INGREDIENTS:
6 Bosc Pears
¼ cup of pinenuts
¼ cup of crushed walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
Slice pears in half, remove the center seeds and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake pears; face up, on a baking sheet, in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Once the pears come out of the oven, place them on a separate plate. Put the pine nuts and crushed walnuts on the baking sheet and mixed the in with the pear residue. Roast the nuts for about 5 minutes.
Once the nuts are roasted, sprinkle them over the roasted pears and enjoy this sweet treat.
