Maple Syrup Salmon

INGREDIENTS:

-1.5 lbs. of wild caught salmon (vegetarian option replace salmon with Tempeh)
-3 cloves chopped of garlic 
-1/4 grade A organic maple syrup 
-1 cup low sodium soy sauce
-1 lemon juiced 
-Fresh Parsley 
-Salt and pepper 


DIRECTIONS:

-In a bowl mix, lemon juice, maple syrup, chopped garlic, and soy sauce. 
-Add salmon filets to marinate and soak for 20 minutes. 
-Barbecue for 3-4 minutes or broil for 7-8 in the oven.
