Gluten-free Tahini Bread

INGREDIENTS:

6 TBS Tahini

2 TBS Silan (date syrup), honey or maple syrup

4 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt


DIRECTIONS:

If you want you can add nuts or seeds for example: Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts or almonds .

If you would like the bread to be savory: You can add 1 TBS pesto, a few sundried tomatoes, diced green olives, and/or 1 TBS Parmesan cheese.

Mix well together and put into lightly greased bread pan or muffin pan and immediately put into preheated oven at 350 degrees. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
