Detox Stock Soup

INGREDIENTS:

-1 carton organic vegetable stock
-1 carton organic chicken stock
-1/2 head of Fennel 
-1/4 head of fresh Parsley 
-4 stalks of organic Celery
-2 inches fresh Ginger 
-1/4 cup fresh Dill


DIRECTIONS:

-Clean and chop celery, parsley, fennel, and dill.  
-Peel and chop ginger 
-Add two cartons of stock and all fresh ingredients to a pot and simmer for 30 minutes
-Drink 1 cup three times a day
