
Ginger ACV Tonic
Support your spleen, stomach, and digestion with this anti-inflammatory and acid reducing elixir.
INGREDIENTS:
-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-1 to 2 inch knob of ginger
-½ tablespoon honey
-½ cup warm water
DIRECTIONS:
-Rinse ginger; keep skin on and roughly chop
-Add ginger and warm water to blender and pulse until a smooth consistency is reached
-Strain ginger mixture through a sieve or fine mesh colander
-Add remaining ingredients into a glass and mix until well combined
-Portion into a shot (about 2oz) and drink after a meal
-Refrigerate remaining liquid and drink within 3 days (one shot per day)
-Alternatively, you can portion the mixture in an ice cube tray and freeze; thaw 2 cubes twice a day and drink after a meal
