Ginger Tea

Ginger Tea is great for your immune system and reduces inflammation all over the body.

INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup chopped ginger
-2 cups water


DIRECTIONS:

-Rinse ginger- keep the skin on
-Add ingredients to blender and mix until it is a well-blended/ fine consistency
-Drain ginger mixture through a small sieve/colander
-Drink 1 oz twice a day
