
Digestive Aid Juice
This juice not only helps detox the liver but also helps with inflammation and digestion.
INGREDIENTS:
-5 celery stalks
-1 cucumber
-2 parsley sprigs
-2 cilantro sprigs
-1 lemon
-1-1½ in knob of ginger
DIRECTIONS:
-Wash all ingredients thoroughly, but do not peel anything. (Peels contain a lot of added vitamins and minerals)
- Add all ingredients to a blender or juicer; if you are using a blender you may have to add water.
-Once blended, pass through strainer
-Enjoy!
